In today’s meeting the awesome Dawn Taitt presented on her teaching practices and theories with regard to social justice. It was a fantastic presentation. We also continued our discussion of events ideas and we discussed two more chapters from our book.

We held two meetings on November 12th. In both, we discussed two chapters from our book and we discussed some events ideas we are thinking about for next semester.

On October 15th we had a small first meeting of this FIG. We discussed getting access to the book, which chapters we would read for the next meeting, some teaching things we’ve done in the past, and mainly just got to know each other a little bit. We meet next on Nov. 12th, twice that day.
